Although most of us are teaching our participants and clients significant ways to buck systems, forego the status quo, embrace the unconventional, and to go extreme by choosing adversity as an advantage, when life actually throws us a curve ball, we tend to want to hide as training professionals. Often our ego is so bruised or we experience so much confusion, that hiding under the covers seems so much more comfortable than heading back out into the ever-chaotic world of busyness, traffic, competition and work.

Training Budgets are Always the First to Get Cut. Don’t Let it Be You.

Generally, when we hear the word, “Training,” we automatically think of the fun, excitement, and learning that comes with Training. But, I’ll be the first to admit that there’s a dark-side to the Training Industry that just ain’t so pretty for Training suppliers and Trainers.
